Guided tour of the farm
L emon flowering cycles, different varieties of olive and citrus trees, new eco-sustainable farming techniques... the countryside has much to teach us if we know how to pay attention to it. To preserve and spread these lessons we offer guided tours of the farm, (accompanied by one of us) Starting with the tradition of the area and our personal history we will guide you at the discovery of the many facets of the countryside. Olive and citrus harvest
Working in the countryside brings us closer to the land, and gives us great personal gratification. So we invite you to participate in the olive harvest, from the end of September to the end of November, and accompany them on their journey from the tree to the oil mill, to the tasting of the new oil. Or to the citrus harvest, from October to April, followed by a processing workshop and product tasting. An enriching experience that will bring you closer to what you eat. Min 6 pax.
